The facility includes 6,700 sq. ft Office/Design/Engineering Area; 34,941 sq. ft of Warehouse Area; and 83,090 sq. ft of Fabrication Area, with Blast & Paint Booth, and Office Space available for Sub-Contractor’s and 3rd Party Inspection Agencies.

Spartan Inc. has completed prefabricating and pretesting a bottom loading fuel facility for Pago Pago, American Samoa. It was designed to be shipped in pieces, and reassembled with little to no onsite fabrication with individual interconnecting units. This fuel facility has 3 lanes with either, Mogas, Diesel, or Jet Fuel.

Spartan Inc is fabricating 6 Gauge Tanks for MB Petroleum. The Gauge Tanks are 84" OD x 5 seam to seam 50 PSI 120°F Section VIII Division 1 pressure vessels. The Vessel process piping fabrication to ASME B31.3 structural welding conformed to the requirments of AWS D1.1.

Mr. Johnson has over 20 years’ experience of pipe and tank fabrication in ASME, API, and UL. Gabe also has over 20 years’ experience in shop fabrication equipment, shear, press break, plate rolls, angle rolls, flanges, and band saw. In addition, experience in metal fabrication including beam fabrication, ladders, platforms, and truck utility beds.
Structural Steel Project Manager
Mr. Friday has 10+ years of design and operations experience ranging from ASME Pressure Vessel/Piping Systems to Mechanical and Structural, with the ASME code stamp accreditation. He is familiar with Industry design practices and codes, CAD file management and CAD software. The type of facilities Mike has worked in are oil, water, and gas plants, pipelines and tank farms, compressor stations, meter stations, and loading stations. Background includes extensive knowledge on the operation, troubleshooting, repair, calibration and maintenance of production and heavy equipment.

A graduate from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. 10+ years ASME Quality Control manufacturing and designing Hydrochloric Acid Tankers (DOT 49 CFR, ASME VIII). This 10+ years of experience has given him invaluable skill and focus to provide high quality products our customers. Ryan’s background includes hands on operation, calibration, and repair of various oil/gas well production testing equipment as well as certification and calibration of process safety equipment.
Carbon Steel Pipe Welding
Spartan Inc. currently utilizes GMAW, FCAW, GTAW & SAW welding procedures qualified to ASME, API and NACE MR/0175 specifications. With more than 80,000/SqFt of under roof fabrication area, 15-ton lift capability per bay, and 25 ASME Code Qualified Welders, Spartan Inc. has the staff, machinery, and experience to perform most any pipe fabrication project.
Exotic Metal Welding
Spartan Inc. has qualified GMAW/FCAW & GTAW welding procedures for 316L Stainless Steel and Duplex 2205 materials. Our stand alone 1900/SqFt exotic alloy welding facility allows Spartan to weld exotic metals in a safe, clean and carbon free environment.
